We have provided a size guide on our website to help you determine which size is best for you. We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly and they are generally true to (AU) size. We will always recommend in the description if a product is fitting smaller/bigger and recommend sizing up/down. DUTIES & TAXES
For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note that RARE COLLECTIVE OFFICIAL cannot cover the cost of import duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office. Rare Collective Official will not be held responsible for customs delays, duties or taxed that may apply.

We hope you absolutely love your RARE COLLECTIVE items as much as we do, but for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns on all full priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We are able to accept your return provided that:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will issue you with a RA/returns form. Please fill out the returns form and include it in the parcel. All returning items will be at the returners cost and will be issued for a credit note.
All of our items are fixed with a care label that gives you washing and care instructions. If you require further information, please reach out to our customer care team at email@example.com, they will happily answer any questions you have.
We’re sorry to hear your item has become damaged after wear. Please attach an image of the damaged item in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have our customer care staff review the item and get back to you.
