RETURNS

We hope you absolutely love your RARE COLLECTIVE items as much as we do, but for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns on all full priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We are able to accept your return provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn and in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition
  • The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email info@rarecollectiveofficial.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return.
  2. We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel.
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Rare Collective will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided below. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

 IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Please email info@rarecollectiveofficial.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible
  • Any faults that occur after 1 month will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty** 

SWIMWEAR


All swimwear must be returned as per the below to be accepted for a store credit:

  1. Hygiene sticker must be still attached to the garment (please note: we will not accept if the sticker has been removed and re-applied by you)
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  3. The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or tanning products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
  4. The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  5. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - TERMS OF AGREEMENT

You agree not to replicate, reproduce, copy, share or sell any of Presets by Loz & Henny or the PDF content. We will not be liable for you or any third-party who attempts to do so.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances on all digital / downloadable products.
